Replacement Policy

• Timeframe: We will provide replacement in 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement: To qualify for a replacement, your item must meet the following criteria:

• In the same condition as received
• Unworn or unused
• Tags must be attached
• Must be in its original packaging
• You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase

If your replacement request is accepted, we will provide you with a replacement shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
